◆My breakfast in these days

I work out now, also I care about meals.
I get up between 5 to 6 and make breakfast.
It’s getting colder these days.

Today’s breakfast on the right.
I usually eat a little brown rice and vegetable soup, to select either natto or seaweed, sometimes add an egg and so on.
It’s about 450kcal.

I always put on lacquerware, bought in Kyoto in 2017. I like it.
I think tableware is a part of meals.

I’ll upload breakfast on twitter, immutability is relief for me, in many cases.
I feel like writing about lunch tomorrow.
